How to post a video

The following information tells u how to post a video on my forums

1. Go to a youtube video that u wish to share with us
2. You can to go to the description and copy the words under "Embed" like this-

3. Bring up notepad and paste it there.
4. Look for the url it says in there and copy it (should have something like en&fs=1 in it)
5. Then make sure you have another window of the forums and type the following code-

[flash(width,height)]url i told u to copy[/flash]

6. The width and height can be found in the notepad that u had the information on (u don't need to save the stuff on ur notepad),but the usual width and height are 425-width and 344-height for youtube videos
7. B00m!! there u have it! =] u posted ur video after clicking the send bottun to finish posting it of course
