How to post a flash game

ok this is how u do it.
1. go to the game u want
2. right click to the side of the game's screen
3. then choose view source
it will come up in notepad with a bunch of codes and words.
4.go to the top of the notepad and click the tab that says "edit."
5. then "find"
6. type in ".swf" and make sure it says like search below
7. it'll take u to the url and the height and width after it.
8. make sure u have another window of the forums and go to where ur going to post the game
9.click the "F" symbol on the screen up by where it says B and I and U
10. paste the url u found. (make sure it has .swf in it)
11. then u half to decide which one is the height and which one is the width but u can guess
12. b4 u post it it should look like "[flash(width,height)]url[/flash]
13. also b4 u post make sure u have a poll that goes on forever and click PREVIEW to make sure u got the right height and width so u can't mix it up
